1. Introduction
Welcome to Wreck to Road. By backing a rebuild project through our crowdfunding campaigns, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Funding and Projects
Funds raised are used to purchase, repair, and return vehicles to the road. Each project has a stated goal, budget breakdown, and reward tiers. Backing a project constitutes a pledge toward that project's goal in exchange for the rewards associated with your chosen tier.
3. If a Project Vehicle Becomes Unavailable
In the event that the vehicle for a funded project becomes unavailable (for example, if it is no longer for sale, sold elsewhere, or otherwise cannot be acquired), any money raised for that project will be redirected to another project vehicle chosen by Wreck to Road. In that case, you retain the original benefits of your funding: your chosen reward tier (updates, credits, perks, etc.) will still apply. You will not lose your backer benefits because the specific vehicle has changed; we will apply them to the replacement project. We will communicate any such change and the replacement project to backers as soon as practicable.
4. General
Crowdfunding is subject to the terms of the platform used (e.g. Crowdfunder). Refunds are governed by those platforms and our campaign pages. We reserve the right to update these terms; the "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site or backing after changes constitutes acceptance.
